Meet Dr. Dominique Pritchett

Dr. Dominique Pritchett founded Speak to the Soul™, a consulting agency based in Kenosha, Wisconsin. She has helped thousands of individuals and organizations maximize their mindset to achieve peak performance.

With mental health crises unfolding daily, Dr. Pritchett combines best practices, compassionate curiosity and critical thinking to elevate emotional intelligence and agility—preventing burnout before it starts.

For more than two decades, she has spoken and consulted globally across industries, partnering with organizations such as AMN Healthcare, NAMI, Hootsuite, Carthage College, Marquette University, Springer Nature, Inforum, Drupal, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and more.

Previously, Dr. Pritchett has served as a behavioral health lead and department director at a federally qualified health center and a mental health professional in corrections.
In addition to her current role, she serves as the founder of Beloved Wellness Center™, a private mental health practice, and Space for Sistas®, a wellness community for Black women and girls.

She is currently preparing to release her forthcoming book, Stop Whispering About Burnout, where she shares personal and professional insights to shift mindsets from exhaustion to empowerment through elevating emotional intelligence and capacity.
